William J. Mosimann, Jr., President of Title Midwest,
Inc. since 1997, graduated from the University of Kansas
in 1974 with a BS in Business Administration. After
graduation, he worked from 1974 through 1988 as Regional
Director and, subsequently, National Accounts Manager
for Thompson Industries of Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Mosimann
was employed, from 1989 through 1993, as Regional Manager
for Rock Tenn Corporation in Chicago, Illinois, later
serving as National Director of Maketing and Sales.
In 1994, he bought a controlling interest in Douglas
County Title Company, Inc. and served as its President
until 1997 when it became part of Title Midwest, Inc.
Mr. Mosimann has extensive experience in title work,
closings and 1031 transactions.
