John H. Stauffer, Jr., Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, graduated from Washburn University in 1976 with a B.B.A. and from the University of Kansas School of Law in 1979.

Vice Chairman

William J.Mosimann, Jr., President of Title Midwest Inc., graduated from the University of Kansas in 1974, with a BS in Business Administration. Mr. Mosimann has served as President of Title Midwest, Inc. since August of 1997.

Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Craig Weingartner, Chief Financial Officer of Title Midwest, Inc., graduated from Washburn University in 1988 with a BBA in accounting. Prior to joining Title Midwest, Mr. Weingartner served as Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions with a St. Louis based company.

Executive Vice President

Tom McBride, Executive Vice President, graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in business. He has worked as an appraiser, real estate agent and broker, real estate developer and property manager. Mr. McBride has served on the board of directors of the company since 1999. He joined the company in the spring of 2006 to run the property acquisition part of the business and began managing operations in the fall of 2006. He currently is President of Kansas Secured Title, Inc as well as serving in his officer role for TM Holdings, Inc.

Vice President

William H. Stauffer, Vice President, graduated from Kansas State University in 1978 with a degree in Journalism. He worked in the newspaper business as a sales representative, sales manager, general manager and publisher for 30 years. These jobs included being publisher of the Marshall-Democrat News in Marshall, MO from 1983 to 1986 and The Daily Ardmoreite in Ardmore, OK from 1986 until retiring in 2007. He has extensive experience in sales and management where he worked to convert the newspaper from an afternoon publication to a morning publication, changed printing procedures and helped to develop and launch the newspaper’s Internet site. He has been a member of the Board of Directors since 1999.

Lora Carlson, Secretary /Treasurer of Title Midwest, Inc., graduated from the University of Kansas in 1981 with a BS in Accounting and Business Administration, and received her MBA from Washburn University in 1992.
