John H. Stauffer, Jr., Chairman of
the Board and Chief Executive Officer, graduated from
Washburn University in 1976 with a B.B.A. and from the
University of Kansas School of Law in 1979. He first
practiced in Topeka, Kansas, with the law firm of Colmery,
McClure, Letourneau, Merriam & Stauffer. Following
a merger, he was partner with the firm of Goodell, Stratton,
Edmonds and Palmer. Prior to investing and commencing
work for Title Midwest, Inc., Mr. Stauffer practiced
extensively in the area of commercial transactions,
litigation and real estate. Since 1997, he has been
Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of
TMI.
